Went last night and there was a big party of us, straight from the word go was a disaster with customer service. Staff very rude and the manager just didn't seem bothered at all. Asked for an email address to make a complaint and they was very reluctant to give it me. Food was good but did have to wait a long time and one of the orders was wrong.Very disappointed
Good food but a little pricy
1 star is being kind!! Got our order wrong when phoned to tell them they were very rude, don't order fried rice because my chicken fried rice was just boiled rice with a few bits of chicken thrown in (apparently that's how they do it in there restaurant). Not somewhere I'll be visiting again which is a shame as I'd only heard really good things about the place.
This place has gone down hill recently. First we were given the wrong table, then it took ages for our food to arrive and some of out party had to ask again for the order. The starters were nice, but the chicken fried rice was just boiled rice with a bit of chicken in it. Would have sent it back but was so late in getting food, we had to eat up to leave on time.
Service poor. A number of young girls who didn't appear to have a lot of experience. The girl who served us appeared more interested in joking with customers on adjacent table. Food was average. Won't revisit in a hurry.
