All facilities are automatic, mischief makers be warned because you could be seen on camera. From this station its a quick trip to Telford railway station, then a short walk up to Telford shopping centre, alternatively it will take about 15 minutes to arrive at Wolverhampton railway station then is a quick walk into town.
The fact that it's in the middle of town means that it's easy to walk to. West Midlands railway (The train operator currently standing (as of the time of writing this)) are hopefully going to stick to their promise of adding extra trains, in which case, it'll be every 30 minutes as from December, 2018 (Birmingham to Shrewsbury) Generally the station is mostly clean however don't rely on getting your tickets from the always broken ticket machine (also it's card only!) and the station could be perhaps better off with more seats, a place to store bikes, WiFi, a veranda, or even possibly reopening the old station waiting room which could be quite nice.
