A very good economy hotel. Some traffic noise from the M54 but not too disturbing. Tea/coffee making facities in room and bed quite comfortable. Room temperature was a little cold initially although too warm overnight. With no access to thermast this was a little frustrating. Well equipped bathroom with powerful, hot shower. A steam free mirror was a nice touch. Friendly staff. Close to the service station facilities. Thoroughly recommended.

My life has hit a new low as I have spent a night in a hotel at a motorway service station. It wasn't good and it wasn't cheap at 99 for a bed in a very basic room with no hot breakfast available. It only gets 2 stars because the staff were lovely and the room was clean.
You cant go wrong at the days inn when you stop there you can eat in Burger King or go into the services to get food can work out a bit expensive tho! Or just drive into Shifnal the restaurants and take aways there spoilt for choice?
The room was clean and comfortable. There aren't many hotel amenities - breakfast consists of small box of cereal and fruit in a packed lunch format. There is no onsite restaurant. Its at the services though so other options to 'dine'. Reception service was very good.
