Old character building where the room floor a bit cricky but clean and comfortable. Bed very comfy and I slept well. Breakfast amazing a long with extremely polite and helpful staff.

Absolutely beautiful, hotel is so lovely, food and accommodation is excellent. Possibly the best Christmas Ball that I have ever attended. Staff are amazing. They could not do enough for guest's.
We arrived on friday Amazing day time staff amazing hotel don't get me wrong... Just the """ night receptionist "" very unfortunate unfriendly doesn't have customer services to talk and speak and greet guest's really not happy and on Sat hotel policy states 24hours room services I called the reception and told him I wanted to place a order replying was they close gone home ... So I replied it's states 24hours means .. he replied yeah they gone home ... So I went to the reception to have it empty room i press the bell and phoned he come out so I explain on the guide book stated 24hours and he was speaking to me like we were friends with his arms cross and relaxing against the customer service desk .. and said well they gone home so I requested to speak to the night manager and reply was his gone home too so talk to them tomorrow
